Deployment of phase 1 of the Central African Backbone project

The first phase of the Central African backbone project, linking Congo to Gabon via 550 km of dark fiber, was a major milestone in the improvement of regional telecommunications infrastructures. BUROTOP IRIS, in partnership with a key player in the sector, delivered a turnkey solution for this strategic project. From Pointe-Noire to Mbinda, 6 major telecom sites were created to ensure data transmission and signaling.

The use of advanced technologies, from mechanical trenching to fiber pulling and termination, guarantees the robustness and reliability of this essential infrastructure for sub-regional connectivity.
