Upgrading unified communications at SNPC

BUROTOP IRIS's unified communications upgrade project for SNPC involved the installation of a new Cisco IP telephony solution. The aim was to set up two redundant platforms for call management, replacing the old version.

To ensure optimum availability and enhanced security, each platform has been installed in two separate zones, in Brazzaville and Pointe-Noire. This robust infrastructure supports up to 500 endpoints spread over more than 30 sites, guaranteeing fluid, resilient communication across the entire SNPC network.
