Implementation of fiber optic infrastructure for the Central African Backbone
The Central African Backbone (CAB) fiber optic infrastructure project is a perfect illustration of BUROTOP IRIS' expertise in the deployment of large-scale telecommunications networks. This strategic project, covering 919 km, aims to interconnect the Central African Republic with its neighbors (Congo, DRC, Cameroon) via a state-of-the-art fiber optic infrastructure.
BUROTOP IRIS took charge of the entire project, from initial study to commissioning, including civil engineering, cable laying, construction of technical sites and equipment installation. Thanks to its expertise in fiber optics and its ability to manage large-scale projects, BUROTOP IRIS has succeeded in strengthening regional connectivity, thus playing a key role in improving telecommunications in Central Africa.
