As part of International Women’s Rights Day, the Foundation organized an inspiring awareness-raising event focusing on themes essential to women’s personal and professional development: assertiveness and emotional intelligence.
Participants had the privilege of attending two workshops led by recognized experts. The first workshop, ‘S’assirmer en tant que Femme dans le monde professionnel’, was led by coach Tendra OBENI, who guided the women through the process of building their self-confidence and enhancing their place in the world of work. The second workshop, ‘Emotional Intelligence’, led by Alban BESSE, offered keys to better understanding and mastering one’s emotions in order to improve day-to-day interactions and performance.
The event brought together over 85 women, creating a stimulating and convivial atmosphere conducive to exchange and reflection. Diana Attye warmly thanked all the participants for their presence and commitment, emphasizing that the day had been a real springboard for building self-confidence and self-esteem.
Beyond the theoretical workshops, the day also enabled participants to share their experiences and create strong, supportive bonds between them. The testimonials were unanimous: they all appreciated the opportunity to discover practical tools for asserting themselves, developing their emotional intelligence, and thus improving the quality of their professional and personal lives.
