From April 10 to June 7, 2025, ten young women took part in an experience destined to leave a lasting impact on their professional careers. The Burotop Iris Foundation has just concluded this chapter of the FENC program, a training cycle designed to equip a new generation of female talent ready to make their mark in the world of digital technology and innovation. Sixteen topics covered, twelve trainers and speakers involved: these figures alone reflect the scale of the commitment made to offer participants an intensive, demanding, and resolutely practice-oriented program.

Over the course of the sessions, the participants were able to explore the many facets of digital entrepreneurship—from developing innovative projects to structuring their ideas, as well as the cross-functional skills essential for success in a constantly evolving environment. A diverse group of speakers, drawn from both the entrepreneurial ecosystem and the tech world, allowed participants to benefit from different perspectives and complementary experiences. Beyond the content covered, a whole spirit animated these weeks: one of sharing, learning, and mutual inspiration.

As we take stock, the Burotop Iris Foundation expresses a sincere hope: that these sessions have provided each participant with the support, the tools, and—above all—the confidence needed to pursue their ambitions further. For behind this program lies a conviction that remains unwavering: that investing in the potential of Congolese women means investing in a more inclusive, more creative, and promising economy.
