Concerned about the well-being of its employees beyond the professional sphere, Burotop Iris welcomed a delegation from the Caisse d’Assurance Maladie Universelle (CAMU) for an awareness-raising session for all staff. On the program: an educational exchange on the terms and conditions of affiliation, the conditions of coverage and the rights available under universal health coverage.
The meeting, which was warmly welcomed by the teams, cleared up many questions about a system that is still new to the Congolese social landscape. Understanding your rights, knowing how to activate your coverage, identifying the steps to take in case of need: these are the concrete points of reference that make all the difference when you really need them. By opening its doors to CAMU, the company has given its employees direct access to information that is often perceived as complex.
