The front-office sales team at the Brazzaville showroom took part in an action training session on the theme of “optimizing performance”, or how to make oneself useful while delivering optimum quality of service to customers. Taking the form of a collaborative workshop, participants greatly appreciated the practical content delivered by HNC coach Jean-Aimé. To mark the event and honor the sales staff’s commitment and attendance, they were presented with their training certificates.
